(Barbie) Yes, I DO love the summertime! When Nori and I wrote this song, we wanted to capture some of our favorite summer experiences. Even watching a summer storm from our front porch (in Alabama... from the garage here in Myrtle Beach). Nori wanted Summer to have a Byrds / Beach Boys feel, and I believe he succeeded in that!

(Nori) ...the full length version has an end section that is obviously heavily influenced by Mark Knopfler / Dire Straits - a clean Strat, finger picking & heavy compression!
